Julian J. Schlöder [ˈjuːli̯aːn ˈʃløːdɐ]

Education

I received my doctorate in 2018 from the University of Amsterdam at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation. My dissertation was entitled Assertion and Rejection (pdf). It was supervised by Raquel Fernández, Robert van Rooij, Alex Lascarides & Luca Incurvati and examined by Frank Veltman, Arianna Betti, Paul Dekker, Mark Steedman, Matthew Stone & Yde Venema. My PhD studies were supported by the European Commission's Marie Curie Actions.

I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics from the University of Bonn, and a Master's in Logic from the ILLC, University of Amsterdam. These studies were generously supported by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation).
